Telematics Infotainment Platform/Middleware SW – Head Unit
Job Specification:
Experience
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Software development
Education & Training
  • Bachelor’s degree Electronics & Communication/Electrical Engineering or in a relevant stream.
Mandatory Skills
  • Strong Knowledge of Automotive Infotainment System Architecture
  • Strong experience in developing middleware services e.g Lifecycle Management, Audio Management, and Persistency, Abstraction services etc.
  • Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent people and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
  • Experience in working with Linux platform (Development, Build and Deployment)
  • Familiar with object-oriented design and various design patterns
  • Good knowledge of SW-Version-Tools – SVN and GIT
- Good Knowledge of Requirement Management Tool - DOORS
  • Excellent Communication and Team work skills
Desired Skills
  • Good knowledge on scripting languages Perl or Python etc.
  • Good knowledge of Test driven development (Unit and Module testing)
  • Exposure on modern S/W Development languages like C, C++ is an added advantage
  • Proven ability working in Agile Scrum environment using Atlassian tools
Job Responsibilities:
  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
